1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, purchasing a plan from, or using the Repink platform, website, applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of Repink Services

Repink is a technology platform that connects users with verified or approved professionals for multi-domain consultation services.

Depending on availability, consultation categories may include healthcare, mental health, legal, finance and taxation, business, career and education, technology, real estate, insurance and loans, wellness, agriculture, government-scheme guidance, spiritual guidance, and other professional services available on the platform.

Repink facilitates access to the consultation platform and related services. The actual professional advice, opinion, recommendation, guidance, or consultation is provided by the respective professional.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Registration on the platform is free.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and account use. Users must not create fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized accounts.

Repink may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

4. Membership and Service Plans

Repink may offer membership or service plans that provide access to specified platform benefits, consultation eligibility, service limits, validity periods, cashback benefits, or other features described with the applicable plan.

The applicable price, validity, service limits, and benefits will be displayed before purchase.

Purchasing a plan is voluntary. Registration alone does not create a right to any particular paid service or earning benefit.

A purchased plan may be activated immediately or, where supported by the platform, placed in a queue for activation after an existing active plan expires.

Plan features and availability may be changed from time to time in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Consultation Services

Users may request consultations with professionals available through the platform.

Availability of a particular professional, category, date, time, communication method, and consultation service is subject to platform availability and the applicable booking rules.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their consultation.

Repink is a platform and does not independently guarantee the outcome of any consultation, recommendation, advice, diagnosis, financial decision, legal result, business result, career outcome, or other professional service.

Users should independently evaluate professional advice and, where necessary, obtain additional professional assistance.

Emergency, urgent, or life-threatening matters should be directed to the appropriate emergency or government service rather than relying solely on an online consultation.

6. Professional Responsibility

Professionals available through Repink are responsible for the professional services, advice, opinions, recommendations, documents, prescriptions, or other consultation outputs they provide, subject to applicable law and professional requirements.

Users agree to communicate honestly and respectfully with professionals and not to misuse consultation services.

Repink may verify professional information and credentials as part of onboarding and platform administration, but verification does not constitute a guarantee of any particular professional outcome.

7. Expert–User Communication & Off-Platform Transactions

• All consultations must be conducted through Repink’s official platform and only against a valid scheduled appointment. Experts must communicate with users solely through the communication methods and processes authorized by Repink.
• Users are prohibited from contacting, engaging, or transacting with Experts outside the Repink platform for services introduced or arranged through Repink.
• Experts must not solicit users to continue consultations, make payments, or enter into private arrangements outside Repink. Experts must not share or request personal payment details, bank transfers, or other off-platform payment arrangements from users for Repink-related services.
• Repink will not be responsible for any fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized transaction, financial loss, dispute, or other damage arising from an off-platform interaction, payment, or private arrangement between a user and an Expert.
• Experts must accept and conduct consultations only through scheduled appointments assigned or booked through Repink. Any consultation, service, or communication undertaken outside the authorized Repink workflow may not be recognized as a Repink service.
• Users and Experts must not use Repink contact information, consultation records, or platform access to bypass Repink’s booking, payment, referral, or service processes.
• Any attempt to bypass the Repink platform, divert users to external services, or conduct unauthorized transactions may result in suspension or termination of the relevant account and may be subject to further action under applicable law.
• For their own security and protection, users should make payments and conduct service-related transactions only through the official Repink platform and authorized payment channels.

8. Payments, Wallets and Withdrawals

Payments for plans or other applicable services are processed through supported payment gateways and payment methods displayed by Repink.

Users must use valid payment information and are responsible for completing payments successfully.

Repink is not responsible for delays, failures, reversals, or interruptions caused solely by banks, payment gateways, telecommunications providers, or other third-party service providers.

Where applicable, users may receive referral rewards, cashback, or other eligible credits in their Repink wallet according to the active platform rules.

Withdrawals are subject to applicable eligibility requirements, minimum withdrawal limits, verified bank details, KYC approval, and platform processing procedures.

9. Referral and Direct-Selling Program

Repink may provide an optional referral or direct-selling program to eligible members.

A member who purchases an eligible service or membership may, where permitted by the active program rules, promote or refer Repink services to others and may also use the services personally.

Referral rewards are not guaranteed and are generated only when the applicable eligibility conditions and transaction requirements are satisfied.

Referral relationships, reward levels, qualifying transactions, renewal rewards, cashback, and other earning rules are governed by the active program structure displayed or communicated by Repink.

No reward is earned merely by registering, inviting a person, or adding a person to a referral network unless the applicable program conditions are satisfied.

Users must not make false claims, misleading income promises, spam referral links, manipulate the referral system, use fraudulent accounts, or represent guaranteed earnings.

Repink's direct-selling activities are intended to comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, as applicable and amended from time to time.

10. KYC, Account Security and User Responsibilities

Where KYC is required for financial services or withdrawals, users must provide accurate bank and identification information and submit the documents requested by the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTPs, verification codes, login information, referral information, and other account credentials.

Users must not share or misuse security codes or attempt to access another person's account.

Repink may delay or restrict financial transactions where verification, security, fraud checks, or legal requirements require additional review.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Create multiple accounts to obtain unauthorized benefits.
• Manipulate consultations, bookings, referrals, cashback, wallets, or payment processes.
• Misrepresent Repink or any professional available through the platform.
• Make false or guaranteed claims regarding earnings or professional results.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, infringing, or unauthorized material.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform.

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of the account and may also result in legal action where appropriate.

12. Refunds, Cancellations and Plan Changes

Refunds, cancellations, plan changes, queued plans, early renewals, and related transactions are subject to the applicable plan conditions and Repink's current refund or cancellation rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Where a service or membership has already been activated or used, eligibility for a refund may be restricted except where required by applicable law.

Any refund approved by Repink will normally be processed through the applicable payment method or another permitted method.

13. Communications and Support

By providing your contact details and using the platform, you agree that Repink may contact you through SMS, telephone, email, or other permitted communication channels for account verification, OTPs, bookings, payments, service updates, support, security notifications, and other service-related communications.

Promotional communications may be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Users may raise support queries through the available support channels for account, payment, booking, KYC, referral, or other platform-related concerns.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may use third-party services such as payment gateways, communication providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, or external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their respective terms, policies, and practices. Repink does not control third-party services and is not responsible for matters solely attributable to those third parties.

15. Limitation of Liability

Repink provides the platform and related services on an as-available basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Repink is not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party service failures, telecommunications interruptions, internet failures, unauthorized acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Repink does not guarantee any particular professional, financial, business, health, legal, career, or other outcome from use of the platform.

Participation in any referral or earning program does not guarantee income, profit, or financial return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Suspension and Termination

Repink may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or an account where it reasonably believes that a user has:

• Violated these Terms;
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or unauthorized use;
• Misused payments, referrals, wallets, consultations, or platform benefits;
• Provided false or misleading information; or
• Created a security, compliance, or operational risk.

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

Termination does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid or benefits already used, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund rules.

17. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

Repink may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or introduce platform features, services, plans, policies, or program rules from time to time.

Repink may also update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, business operations, or applicable law.

The updated Terms will become effective when published on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Users should first contact Repink through the available support channels to attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Repink to enforce any provision of these Terms immediately does not constitute a permanent waiver of its rights.

These Terms, together with applicable platform policies and service-specific conditions, constitute the terms governing your use of Repink.
